the application form as well as the general conditions which are available on this website. This form is binding
and I undertake to send all required information and pay according to the payment schedule as indicated

Each participant is required to pay the entry fee. If you wish to participate, fill out and return the application form as soon as possible.

Application deadline is June 15th, 2008.

With the application form please include the per person entry fee, 50% deposit of your total accommodation costs as well as Euro 20,- per booking to cover the administration costs.

Only after receipt of this, your participation is guaranteed. After receiving your application and deposit we will send you our confirmation and a name list.

Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the total cost + entry fee + administration costs upon booking.
- 50% of the total cost (= outstanding balance) before June 15th, 2008.

Bankaccount number, Swiftcode and IBAN number will be sent to you by e-mail.

Please Note: No personal cheques are accepted. Only bank drafts drawn on a Dutch bank or wire-transfers by bank are accepted.

It is important that for each payment you make, you include the name of your team/club and the sport you want to participate in.

Changes in the total number of people must be in our possession before June 15th, 2008.

Cancellations must be sent to Expersport in writing. Entry Fees cannot be refunded.
For per player participation fees and/or fees for accommodation and meals per athlete the following is applicable:

a) Cancellations till 2 months
before arrival:
- 25% of the total amount.

b) Cancellations from 2 months till
1 month before arrival:
- 50% of the total amount.

c) Cancellations from the 1 month till
the 14th day (incl.) before arrival:
- 75% of the total amount.

d) Cancellations from the 13th day (incl.) till
the day of arrival (no show):
- The total amount (100%).
